You can update your shipping address by logging into your SinglesSwag account.
Please note, any address changes must be submitted prior to the 12th calendar day of the month to be effective on the upcoming month’s box. Once your shipping label has been created and the mailing process started, we will be unable to update your address.
To update your address in your account, follow these steps:
You can log into your account on SinglesSwag.com using the email you used to subscribe and update your address by clicking 'EDIT' under your account settings.
- Select "My Account" in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
- Scroll down to "Shipping Address" and select "EDIT".
- Click "ADD ADDRESS" to add a new address, or “EDIT” to correct an existing address
- Check the box next to "Default Address” to ensure that this address is the primary address for shipping
- Click "SAVE"
- Check to see if your address has updated for your active subscription under "Your Subscriptions". If it has not, click on "EDIT" for that subscription and select your new address from the dropdown under "Choose A New Shipping Address". Click on "Change" at the bottom of the page, then "Confirm".
