As mail carriers continue practicing safe delivery protocols due to COVID-19, be sure to check your driveway/gate, doorstep and other surrounding areas for your box. We also recommend checking with household members or trusted neighbors that may have collected your box for you.
Packages are occasionally scanned for delivery before your local delivery carrier physically delivers your package to your home. Please allow an additional day or two for your package to arrive after being marked as "delivered".
If the tracking of your SinglesSwag box is marked as “delivered” but you have not received it, contact us within 2 weeks of the posted delivery. You are eligible for one replacement box per calendar year for a box that was reported as delivered but not received.
We are unable to reship boxes that have been marked as “delivered” beyond 14 days. We are unable to issue refunds for boxes marked “delivered”.
