Our products are carefully packed in your box to arrive in good condition. We depend on our shippers to deliver our boxes in the same condition as they received them and sometimes they disappoint.
If your SinglesSwag box arrives with a damaged product, send us an email at admin@singlesswag.com with subject line: Damages. Please include a picture of the damaged item in your email. We will be happy to send replacement for an product that has been damaged beyond use.
**Note: you must email us within 48 hours of your box's delivery date (according to your tracking information) in order to be eligible for a replacement product.
