I am trying to checkout, but my order won't process.
Please double-check your card details. If the error message has no specific information, it’s possible the incorrect expiration date or CVV code was entered. If you're using a saved payment method, we recommend re-entering the card details as if it were a new form of payment and submitting.
If you're receiving an error message related to the address, please check the street number, spelling of the street address, and zip code. Ensure that all components of your address are present (NE, SW, etc.).
I have multiple charges on my statement, but I only placed one order.
If you attempted to place your order more than once, all attempts will show on your statement as pending charges. Declined charges will generally fall off of your statement within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank.
If you think that you may have placed multiple orders, check your Order History in any accounts that you may have opened to make sure. For more information about duplicate accounts, please see here.
I'm receiving an error message for my payment - PayPal Agreement Cancelled
Because the payment agreement was cancelled with PayPal, a payment cannot be processed through PayPal. This can happen if you have previously cancelled your SinglesSwag account, or if you managed your payment setting directly in PayPal and deauthorized SinglesSwag for your automated payment.
You can try reauthorizing SinglesSwag through PayPal, by following this path. Please contact PayPal directly for additional assistance.
Account < Payments < Manage preapproved payments < Open the link for SinglesSwag in the list < Change the status and/or change the funding source
If that works, you should be able to use PayPal as your method of payment for your SinglesSwag account.
If that doesn't work, we recommend updating your current account with new credit card information.
I'm receiving an error message for my payment - PayPal Transaction Cannot be Completed
If you're trying to make a payment using PayPal, but the payment is not completed, this may be due to several reasons. Here are some of the reasons why a payment was not completed:
- There isn't enough money in your PayPal balance to complete the payment. If you did not add a backup payment method to your account, the payment cannot be completed.
- The balance on your bank account or credit card is not sufficient. You must first top up your bank account or credit card before you can make the payment.
- Your PayPal account is limited. Before you can make a payment, you should try to remove the limitation on your account.
- The payment is blocked by PayPal for security reasons. PayPal uses systems to recognize behavior patterns. Such systems are also used by your bank and credit card company.
Please log in to PayPal adjust your payment settings as needed.

Please check that your card hasn't expired, and that there are sufficient funds available on your card for your purchase.
