The reason your reactivation or order payment is failing is due to the payment agreement between SinglesSwag and PayPal being cancelled for your account.
This may be due to previously cancelling your subscription through your SinglesSwag account or through managing your payment options directly with PayPal. Due to this, a payment cannot be processed through PayPal.
You can try reauthorizing SinglesSwag through PayPal, by following this path. Please contact PayPal directly for additional assistance.
Account < Payments < Manage preapproved payments < Open the link for SinglesSwag in the list < Change the status and/or change the funding source
If that works, you should be able to reactivate your SinglesSwag account/place your order.
If that doesn't work, we recommend updating your current account with new credit card information.
