If your payment is unsuccessful at the time of renewal, your account will be considered past due. We recommend updating your payment details as soon as possible. See how to update your payment information here)
Our system will automatically try to bill the account for several more attempts until payment is made or your subscription is canceled before the attempt is successful. If your renewal fails after too many unsuccessful attempts your account will be placed in suspended status until the next renewal period.
Please note that non-payment will not cancel your subscription, but will move your subscription to the next renewal period to attempt payment.
"I already made a payment and still receive past due payment notifications. Why?"
If you have opened a new subscription instead of updating your payment information on your past due account, you likely have 2 subscription accounts open - the new account and the one that is still past due. Opening a new account will not cancel a subscription account in past due status.
Please ensure that you have cancelled previous subscriptions before opening new ones. If a new account is opened while you have a current account in past due or suspended status, you run the risk of duplicate charges and boxes being sent when both accounts are brought current in payment. Please be sure to cancel any accounts in past due or suspended status if you open a new subscription account.
