Please be sure that all previous accounts (including accounts in past due and suspended status) are cancelled prior to opening a new subscription.
Opening a new account may update payment information for your other active accounts, including those that are in past due or suspended status. For this reason it is important to cancel existing accounts before opening a new subscription.
We apologize that we are unable to process refunds for duplicate subscriptions.
If we are able to move a box or boxes ordered so that you don't receive a duplicate month, we will be happy to do so. We are unable to move a box to a later shipment date or provide credit for any duplicate boxes that have been already processed for shipping.
