The dispute process can be long, sometimes taking months before it can be resolved by Paypal, Stripe or your bank.
For that reason, if there has been an issue with a recent order or renewal, please contact us for assistance first. We're always happy to help and it's a quicker way of addressing your concern than opening a dispute with your credit card.
Once a dispute has been initiated any outstanding boxes in your account will be placed on hold pending resolution.
