Boxes are shipped to the address current to the account as of the 12th of the month. Address changes for the upcoming month's box must be submitted by the 12th.
Please note that updating your address with the postal service for purposes of mail forwarding does not update your address with your SinglesSwag account.
If you recently moved and didn't update your SinglesSwag account with your new address, your box was shipped to the last address provided on the account. Please log in to your account and update your address, or email us so that we can ensure your account reflects the correct shipping address.
When you have elected forwarding with USPS, the postal service charges a forwarding fee which is outside of our control.
We apologize that we will be unable to process refunds for boxes that were refused upon delivery. Boxes that are refused will be reshipped with a $10 shipping fee for US address/$15 for international boxes, once your box has arrived back to our fulfillment center.
